Ratified in 1920. Still shaping the country.
The 19th Amendment secured women’s right to vote after more than seventy years of organizing, petitioning, marching, and refusing to be sidelined. It marked a constitutional shift — expanding who counted in American democracy.
But the amendment did not guarantee access for all women.
For many — particularly Black women in the South, Indigenous women, Asian American women, and others — the ballot remained obstructed for decades through discriminatory laws, intimidation, and violence. The struggle to make the promise of 1920 real continued well into the mid-20th century and beyond.
This design honors the amendment as both milestone and reminder — recognizing the women who secured its ratification and the women of color who carried the fight forward.
Printed on a soft, lightweight cotton tee with a modern slim fit, it offers a clean silhouette and breathable comfort for everyday wear. Thoughtfully constructed and easy to layer, it’s designed to feel as intentional as the history it represents.
Ratified in 1920.
Expanded through persistence.
Still relevant.
Wear it as history. Wear it as recognition. Wear it without apology.
