Once an order is placed, it begins processing right away. We may be able to make changes if you contact us quickly, but we can’t guarantee modifications after submission.

All prices shown on the site are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any updates will not affect orders already placed.

Payments are processed securely through our checkout providers. We never store your full payment details.

4. Shipping

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or seasonal volume.
If a package shows as delivered but cannot be located, check with your household, neighbors, or local post office. We’ll help where we can, but carriers consider a “delivered” status as completion of service.
